At the 2018 Annual REA (realestate.com.au) Excellence Awards, Harcourts Solutions was honoured with the Residential Brand Marketing Campaign Excellence award. The Awards annually recognise and celebrate excellence in the property and media industries.
“Being recognised as a finalist was evidence of the investment and effort; winning was the validation that we invested wisely,” said Harcourts Solutions business owner Martin Millard.
“I am very proud and excited particularly for Bridget (Gabites) getting recognition for outstanding work. The videos we produced to re-imagine the Harcourts brand and our connection to the community, particularly the agent profiles, have shown incredible results in expanding our brand recognition amongst our area.”
The 2018 Harcourts Solutions brand campaign concentrated on three key connections: Property to Buyers, Agents to Clients, and Agency to Community. Overall, it comprised a core campaign of over 60 brand videos, including a “I’m a Harcourts Solutions Agent” to show the personal side of the team, along with a new community focused website and a strong focus on digital advertising.
Key campaign themes incorporated “Why Buy Here” and a series of community snapshots. Both focused on the neighbourhoods and the people in them surrounding Harcourts Solutions’ four offices in Brisbane’s inner northern suburbs, The Gap, Mitchelton, Everton Park and Spring Hill.
“We are thrilled to win,” said Ms Gabites, Harcourts Solutions Director of Growth & Marketing.
“It’s been a year of change for our team and they took a leap of faith on the many unique campaign ideas we proposed. We have been seeing incredible results from the market, but this award was the cherry on top from the industry.”
All told, Harcourts Solutions is a high-performing team of over 100 real estate professionals based in Brisbane across residential sales, property management, business sales and property development. With business owners Martin Millard, Etienne Labuschagne and Kathy Brown at the helm, Harcourts Solutions has undergone huge growth over the past few years and is one of Brisbane’s most recognised real estate groups.
“Our brand refresh and marketing update forms part of our next round of growth,” said Ms Gabites. “The base of every step we take is always concentrating on our people and our communities as our first and most important value.”

Harcourts Solutions was a finalist in the Residential Agency of the Year category. Other finalists from the Harcourts network of over 400 offices across Australia include Jeremy Wilkinson of Harcourts Launceston for Residential Real Estate Agents and Property Managers – Agent of the Year, and Sadhana Smiles of Harcourts International for Property Woman of the Year. The black-tie gala took place on 15 November at The Star, Sydney.
