Bridget has spent the last 8 years working in Real Estate for the Harcourts Group, and in that time she has had amazing success in sales which includes being in the Top 10 agents for Harcourts Queensland, a Finalist in the REIQ Awards for Agent of the Year, and both the Top agent in our Inner City office and her area of Kelvin Grove for over 5 years. Most recently she hung up her sales hat and took on the role of Director of Growth with the Harcourts Solutions Group.
She wear many hats in this role including:
* Business Growth Designer - reviewing what is real for our business now and what change or adjustment is required to meet future goals and to succeed in an ever changing landscape.
* Agent Incubator Champion - overseeing new and up & coming agent in our business. Bridget takes a key role in their growth and development through to fully fledged and successful agents.
* Marketing Whizz - With years of brand development expertise in the scientific sales arena prior to entering Real Estate, she utilises those skills and that of 8 years in property marketing to work with our business leaders and agents to redefine their marketing plans - concentrating on consumer-centric content.
* Change leader - With business growth comes change leadership. Not just someone to work out what needs to change and walk away, the combination of her scientific brain and creative background creates the perfect melting pot for great change management processes and support.
In this new role she has not only had a chance to help transform the Harcourts Solutions business to future proof it in an ever changing industry, but she has also been able to play a larger role in the empowerment of women and equal rights within our profession and become a well known industry speaker and trainer.
